Archiving Policy

IRMEA is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published articles.

  1. Digital Archiving by the Journal
    • All articles are stored on the journal’s web server with regular back-up procedures managed by the publisher or hosting institution.
    • Each published article is assigned a unique identifier (such as DOI or other persistent link, if available) to support stable citation and retrieval.
  2. Self-Archiving by Authors (Green Open Access)
Authors are allowed and encouraged to:
    • Deposit the submitted version (preprint) of their manuscript in personal websites, institutional repositories, or subject repositories.
    • Deposit the accepted version (postprint) and/or published version (publisher’s PDF) in institutional or disciplinary repositories, provided that:
      • The full citation to the article in IRMEA is clearly indicated.
      • A link to the journal’s official version is included where possible.
  1. Open Access and Preservation
    • All articles are published as open access, ensuring free and immediate availability for readers worldwide.
    • The journal seeks to cooperate with libraries, indexing services, and repository platforms to enhance the discoverability and preservation of its content.

This archiving policy is designed to support the widest possible dissemination, citation, and long-term conservation of scholarly work published in IRMEA.
